? Calm & Confident Kids — 4-Week Series

A supportive and empowering 4-week program designed to help kids build confidence, emotional regulation, self-awareness and positive peer relationships while learning practical tools to navigate big feelings, stress and everyday challenges.

Through mindfulness, movement, breathing, somatic tools, creative activities and connection, children will learn how to better understand their emotions, calm their nervous systems, build self-confidence and develop healthy ways to communicate and connect with others.

✨ Recommended for kids ages 9–12
Led by Child & Youth Worker, Mind-Body Coach & Wellness Practitioner Kaylan Hawkins.
✨ 4 weeks of learning, growing, connecting and discovering the confidence within.
