This gentle restorative yoga class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect. In a world that often feels rushed and demanding, this practice offers a supportive space to pause and simply be.

Rooted in compassion and embodiment, this class emphasizes non-striving and self-acceptance. There is nothing to achieve here — only space to listen, feel, and restore. Gentle breath awareness and guided relaxation will help quiet the mind and invite a sense of grounded presence.
