Looking for a day where kids can explore their big feelings, build confidence, and just have fun in a safe, supportive space? Join Child and Youth Worker, Mind-Body Coach, and Wellness Practitioner, Kaylan Hawkins, for a full day designed for children who may be experiencing anxiety, big emotions, peer challenges, or confidence struggles. This retreat is all about connection, fun, laughter and learning tools to calm the body and mind. Kids will: ✨️ Explore feelings through art and creative expression ✨️ Connect with their bodies using mindfulness, deep breathing, and yoga ✨️ Build intuition, confidence, and self love ✨️ Practice healthy peer relationships and social skills ✨️ Enjoy music, movement, and laughter yoga ✨️ Spend outdoor time connecting with nature ✨️ Learn practical tools to calm the body and manage big emotions Lunch and a special treat are included as well as take home activities! This day is thoughtfully designed to create a space that is safe, fun and supportive, helping kids feel empowered connected, and calm.
